6.5 Disclamer Clans

Clans, rankings, seasonal leaderboards, and any rewards associated with them are game mechanics and are of an incentive/entertainment nature.

• No guarantee of rewards We do not guarantee the receipt of rewards, prizes, or any payouts. Rewards depend on many factors: participant activity, season results, distribution rules, as well as the financial performance and profits of the platform (including advertising revenue and company income).

• Reward size and composition may change Prize pools, distribution percentages, commissions, participation conditions, ranking criteria, and the number of prize places may change. Final amounts may be reduced, increased, or absent if this is due to balance, security, technical reasons, or the project’s economy.

• Rule changes and event cancellation/postponement We may update clan mechanics and ranking wars, adjust balance, limits, season timelines, as well as postpone or cancel events if necessary (for example, due to anti-fraud measures, technical work, or rule violations).

• Technical and operational risks Failures, delays in ranking updates, incorrect display of points, temporary unavailability of features, and other technical limitations may occur.

• Anti-fraud and violations If suspicious activity, manipulation, multi-accounting, boosting, or other violations are detected, we may recalculate results, exclude a participant/clan from the ranking, annul points and/or rewards.

If you do not agree with the terms or the rules of the mechanic, do not use clans and ranking wars.
