Crybble Wars Terms of Use
Welcome to Crybble Wars — a multiplayer online arcade available via @crybblegame_bot (hereinafter — the “Game”, the “Platform”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Game and all of its mechanics and services.
By using the Game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms. If you do not agree — do not use the Game.
1) Terms and Definitions
CBW — an in-game currency/unit of account that can be used in game mechanics and, in certain modes, exchanged/withdrawn to TON or another digital asset at the rate displayed in the application.
SCORE — in-game points/currency for free mechanics (for example, obtaining a Free pickaxe), as well as for progress/activities (depending on the mechanic).
Digital goods — characters, pickaxes, vouchers, rockets, NFTs, passes, and other digital objects/rights within the Game.
2) Age and Legal Restrictions
Modes and mechanics related to financial operations, risk of loss of funds, withdrawal/exchange, or elements of chance (including but not limited to: Earn Mode, Gift Miner, Rocket Lab) are available only to persons aged 18+. By using such mechanics, you confirm that you are 18 years old.
In certain countries/regions, some mechanics may be considered gambling or otherwise regulated and may be restricted or prohibited. The user is solely responsible for ensuring that participation is permitted in their jurisdiction.
3) Game Rules and Key Mechanics
The player controls a crypto-bubble, grows by absorbing food/coins and weaker players, and uses tactics (splitting into parts, maneuvers, etc.).
The Game includes multiple arcade maps/arenas (for example: “On Heads”, “Temple of Stars”, “Warrior’s Path”), as well as additional mechanics (for example: Rocket Lab, Gift Miner).
In modes with accrual/withdrawal of rewards, results may require fulfillment of mechanic conditions (for example, saving the result through a safe zone or an alternative exit if conditions are met; specific rules are specified in the relevant sections of the Game).
Any coefficients, accrual percentages, commissions, exchange rates, and conditions are displayed inside the Game and may change.
4) Characters and Clans
The Game includes character clans: Silver, Gold, Founders’ Clan.
Character rarity affects appearance, privileges, and the share of accruals in certain modes/maps.
Accrual percentages and the Platform’s commission depend on the mechanic and the character and are indicated in the Game.
Upon registration, a player may receive a character (if provided by the current conditions).
5) Clans/Legions, Rankings, and Tournaments
Rankings, seasons, clan/legion wars, and prizes are game mechanics.
We do not guarantee rewards, prizes, or payouts. Their availability and size depend on season results, compliance with rules, anti-fraud checks, as well as the Platform’s profits/revenues (including advertising and other revenues).
Results calculation and reward distribution may be performed automatically (for example, twice a month, if provided by the current season rules).
We may change season rules, ranking formulas, the number of prize places, timing, and distribution conditions.
6) Rocket Lab (High Risk)
Rocket Lab is a high-risk mechanic with an uncertain outcome and may be considered gambling in certain jurisdictions.
Access to Rocket Lab is permitted only to persons aged 18+. By using Rocket Lab, you confirm that you are 18 years old and that participation is not prohibited by the laws of your country/region.
Participation does not guarantee earnings and may result in partial or total loss of the value of activations/funds spent.
Digital product and first purchase bonus: game rockets are a digital product. On the first real purchase, the user may not only receive a rocket but also choose one of the available bonuses for instant receipt — for example, vouchers for a game arena comparable in value to the first purchase, or premium pickaxes for the same value. The bonus is provided only for the first purchase and is credited after successful payment processing (technical delays are possible).
No guarantees of results: we do not guarantee obtaining a multiplier or closing a rocket. Even with active gameplay, you may fail to close a rocket and not receive a multiplier.
Dependence on other players: the result depends not only on your actions but also on the activity of the team/crew and the overall filling dynamics. With low activity, the cycle may slow down or stop.
Risk of “getting stuck” in a queue: you may take a spot but move slowly due to a lack of new participants, reinvestments, or activity.
Reinvestment is a voluntary decision with risk: the decision to “go further” (reinvest) may increase the potential result but also increases the total risk. You choose the moment of result fixation yourself.
Technical and operational risks: failures and limitations are possible: transaction delays, interface errors, overloads, updates, temporary unavailability of functions.
Rule and balance changes: the mechanic may be updated (balance, conditions, limits, commissions, level availability). We try to notify in advance, but changes are possible.
Financial and market risks: when using digital assets, exchange rate fluctuations, commissions, confirmation delays, and withdrawal restrictions are possible.
Regulatory and tax risks: requirements may vary by country. The participant is solely responsible for compliance with local rules and possible taxes.
Fraud and security risks: do not share seed phrases or access codes, do not follow suspicious links, verify official accounts/bots. Losses due to phishing and actions of third parties are the user’s risk.
If you do not agree with the terms, are under 18, or participation is prohibited in your country/region — do not use Rocket Lab.
7) Gift Miner (Gambling Mechanic)
Gift Miner is a mechanic with an element of chance.
This is a gambling game. Access is 18+ only.
Results are not guaranteed: prizes drop randomly, and the use of Premium pickaxes does not guarantee obtaining rare prizes or a specific result.
The purchase of Premium pickaxes and any expenses in the game do not guarantee a refund and may not lead to receiving the desired prize.
Conditions, pickaxe cost, prize list, probabilities, limits, and rules may change.
8) Payments, Purchases, and Refunds
The Game may be free-to-play but contains optional purchases/activations.
All purchases of digital goods are considered made for access/use of digital content and, as a rule, are non-refundable, except as expressly required by applicable law.
The user is responsible for the correctness of payment actions and confirms that they use legal sources of funds.
9) Withdrawal, Exchange, and Blockchain Operations
Operations with digital assets and blockchain transactions may involve fees, delays, wallet/provider limitations, technical failures, and other risks beyond the Platform’s control.
Exchange/withdrawal rates and rules are determined by the Game’s conditions and are displayed inside the application.
10) Technical Requirements and VPN
For stable gameplay, the user needs a stable internet connection and a functional/sufficiently powerful device. Connection issues, high ping, packet loss, or device overload may worsen results and lead to errors.
When using VPN/proxy, we do not guarantee stable operation, correct connection speed, or the absence of delays/disconnections.
11) Prohibited Actions (Anti-Fraud)
Prohibited actions include:
cheating, bots, automation, bug exploitation, boosting, multi-accounting (if prohibited by the mechanic rules), interference with client/server operation;
fraud, phishing, account/bot/link substitution, impersonation of support;
insults, toxic behavior, threats, discrimination.
Violations may lead to access restrictions, result recalculation, reward cancellation, and/or a ban.
12) Important: We Do Not Have an Exchange Token
Currently, Crybble Wars does not have its own exchange-listed token. Be cautious of scammers who may present third-party tokens as “official” or “associated with the project”.
13) Limitation of Liability
The Game is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, or receipt of specific rewards, income, multipliers, or results. The user accepts the risks associated with participation in game mechanics and the use of digital assets.
14) Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms and mechanic rules at any time. Continued use of the Game after updates означает acceptance of the new version.
