  • No guarantees of income or results. The ecosystem is a gaming/entertainment environment. We do not guarantee profits, rewards, multipliers, tokens, or other results. Any results depend on game actions, mechanics conditions, and external factors.

  • Digital goods and in-game values Characters, items, upgrades, subscriptions, passes, rockets, pickaxes, vouchers, and other elements are digital goods/in-game objects. Their value and usefulness are determined by game mechanics and are subject to change.

  • Feature availability and restrictions Some features may be restricted by region, account, level, time, limits, security rules, anti-fraud measures, and technical conditions. Certain mechanics may be temporarily disabled during updates or checks.

  • Commissions, fees, and withdrawal conditions Commissions and fees (in-game, service, network) may apply in the ecosystem. The conditions for accruals, withholdings, and withdrawals may depend on the specific mechanics and are displayed in the relevant sections.

  • Financial and market risks (if crypto assets are used) When dealing with crypto assets, there may be exchange rate fluctuations, network fees, confirmation delays, address errors, provider restrictions, transaction blocks, and other risks beyond our control.

  • Technical and operational risks There may be failures, delays, incorrect display of balances/status, interface errors, integration issues (wallets, payments, networks), overloads, scheduled updates, and force majeure events.

  • Changes to rules and balance We may update the mechanics, balance, limits, fees, rewards, level availability, and any other parameters of the ecosystem. We try to give advance notice, but changes may take effect without prior notice if necessary for security, stability, or compliance reasons.

  • Security and anti-fraud checks To protect users and the project, we may apply checks, limits, and anti-fraud measures. If suspicious activity is detected, accruals, access to features, or withdrawals may be restricted until the check is complete.

  • User responsibility The user is solely responsible for the security of their account and wallet access, the accuracy of addresses, the security of devices, and the actions taken under their account.

  • Regulatory and tax issues Laws and requirements vary from country to country. The user is responsible for complying with local regulations and any taxes/reporting associated with using the ecosystem.

  • Security and phishing We never ask for seed phrases, private keys, or access codes. Only use official links and bots. Losses due to phishing, malware, or third-party actions are the user's risk.
